President George F. Baer of the Reading Railroad was again the principal witness yesterday in the hearing before the Inter-State Commerce Commission on the complaint of William R. Hearst against the coal-carrying railroads of the anthracite region. Mr. Baer was on the witness stand during the afternoon session under examination by Clarence J.
